This project focused on designing a scalable retail packaging and planogram system for fastener products sold in RONA stores across Canada. The challenge was to organize a large product assortment into a clear visual structure that would help customers quickly find the right fasteners on retail shelves.

Shoppers need fast, confident decision-making. The system prioritized clarity, color coding, and strong visual hierarchy for quick identification.
Visual & technical strategy
Built an automated label system using Excel and Adobe InDesign. Modular templates, linked assets, and structured data enabled accurate bulk production at scale.
